Chris Grenzig, the Founder of JAG Communities is based in Jacksonville, Florida. He started investing in real estate in 2016 by attending the flip houses in New York and after buns of failing, he attended out-of-state flips purchasing tax deeds and finally found his putting in multi-family.
Chris’s joint ventured on just over 100 units before joining Toro Real Estate Partners as their head of Flora operations. They purchased 4,000 units for 300 million dollars with 1,000 units in Flora over a period of roughly four years. Chris left Toro in November of 2020 to start his own company which owns and manages small to mid-sized apartment complexes in Jacksonville.
