John Azar is the Executive Vice President and Managing Member of MACC Venture Partners where he directs acquisition, strategic development, capital management, and growth. He co-directed the company’s recent growth from a 2,500 units owner/operator to a current 6,500 units by developing a market brand and proliferating and growing a portfolio of institutional and individual investors in the syndications of the company’s assets as well as the launch of several closed-end asset funds.
John Azar is also the Managing Partner and Founder of Peak15 Capital which he launched in 2019 to help other CRE operators and sponsors with their capital stack.
